Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, or defective merchandise. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of your order delivery and we must receive the merchandise within 45 days of the purchase. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by clicking returns or by email info@hendrickbrun.com Hendrick Brun guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@hendrickbrun.com

Exchanges
