We at Hendrick Brun understand the frustrations associated with purchasing online. For this reason we have made exchanging our shoes an easy, painless process. When you receive your order, if you are not completely happy with the fit, simply place the shoes in their original packaging and complete the exchange/return form (online or hard copy). Return the shoes using the original packaging and the UPS return label included in your shipment. We will accept only unworn merchandise for exchange within 30 days of purchase if the replacement item is available. If the size you need is not available you will receive a full refund.
